Clean and germ-free water is essential for human survival. All the more this gains in importance when you are traveling in places around the world in which clean water is not self-evident. The Yukon water filter is a robust and resilient companion. It reliably removes up to 99.9999% of spores, protozoa, bacteria and sediments. The pores of the filter ceramic are much smaller than microorganisms with 0.1micron (=0.0001mm). The service life of the ceramic filter cartridge is approximately 10,000 liters (depending on the degree of contamination of the water). The delivery includes an activated carbon post-filter as well as a stainless steel sieve to achieve the best possible result. Pre-filter, stainless steel sieve as well as filter cartridge are available separately as spare parts.
