Assembly / zeroing service
Would you like to unpack your new crossbow and get started straight away? Then we offer you exactly the right service here:
Assembly service:
We assemble your crossbow completely and fit any accessories such as string, cable slider, red dot/scope/diopter, quiver and carrying strap. The crossbow is then dispatched fully assembled and you simply take it out of the box, don't have to worry about anything else and can start shooting straight away.
Please note that the goods cannot be dispatched in the original box and that higher shipping costs may be incurred and services rendered cannot be refunded.
Zeroing service:
With this service, we shoot your crossbow in conjunction with the corresponding or optional sights (e.g. scope/red dot). This means that we fire test shots at the distance of your choice - 15, 30 or 50 metres - and adjust the sights so that you always hit the centre of the target under the same conditions. Shooting-in takes place under the best conditions.
Important: The zeroing service at 50 metres is only possible with a scope/scope and not in conjunction with red dots, diopters or rear sight.
We can only offer the zeroing service in conjunction with bolts, as it is important that you shoot exactly the same bolt that we used for zeroing. Other bolts with a different weight or similar can lead to a different result. We only use high-quality bolts for this service.
The assembly service is of course included in the zeroing service and includes the complete assembly, as well as a quality check of the crossbow, the assembly and adjustment of the scope and the use of care products.
This service naturally takes a little time. We therefore ask for your patience. If the crossbow is in stock, it will be shot as quickly as possible and usually dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Please note that a crossbow that has been shot and assembled is an item that has been specially configured for you and the return of the crossbow and bolts may only be possible with a deduction for depreciation. Services rendered cannot be refunded.
