Exercises and games for the traditional-intuitive archer: Volume 2 - Boris Ludz
Bogen-Abenteuer (owner Boris Ludz) offers courses, workshops and further training in traditional-intuitive archery. The focus is on meditative, therapeutic and experiential archery. As part of this work, exercises and games have been developed which are now continued in Volume 2.
This volume contains new games that train concentration, technique, mindfulness and self-awareness. There are also chapters on shooting with the horse bow, creative projects and texts on archery.
