LONGLIFE Roe deer grazing
The roe deer, also known as the European roe deer to distinguish it from the Siberian roe deer, is the most common and smallest species of deer in Europe. As a deer, it is more closely related to the reindeer, the elk and the American white-tailed deer than to the red deer, which is also native to Central Europe.
