With its new Hawk bow line, SPIDERBOWS presents a real all-rounder in the field of take down recurve bows. A year of development work and many test shots were necessary to produce a (hunting) bow that is suitable for all archers, whether women, men or teenagers. The riser is designed with a filigree handle that fits perfectly in the hand and immediately gives a pleasant feeling. And that regardless of whether the hand gripping it is small or large. In combination with the matching limbs, the 15, 17, 19 or 21 inch long risers make a very fast and precise hunting bow with excellent throwing properties.
The riser is made of highly stable, sustainable SRF wood in cocobolo, curly birch, rosewood, wenge, beech or ebanoda design. Sustainability is achieved by using European woods, which not only get their beautiful design from a special treatment, but also gain in stability and weight. This ensures a vibration-free riser that impresses with absolute precision, without the need for additional inserts or other materials.
Solid wood, on the other hand, is used in the Amazonoque/smoked oak and smoked oak/padouk variants. The inside and outside is made of Amazon wood (Ovangkol) or smoked oak, depending on the variant, and the middle strip of smoked oak or padouk. The addition of decorative Micarta strips, which give the riser additional torsional rigidity, results in a riser with high stability in a classic, timeless design.

The riser, made from the heaviest and most stable wood that Spiderbows has ever used, gives the bow impressive stability. The riser's delicate handle design fits perfectly in the hand and ensures a comfortable feel, regardless of the size of the gripping hand. For purists, we offer the riser in deep black or a blend of warm brown shades. Those who prefer a more colourful look can choose from three models with a contrasting coloured stripe to express their personal style. They all have one thing in common: the silky shimmering finish.
