Description
WILDCRETE 3D Marlin
A marlin is a fish from the Istiophoridae family, which comprises around 10 species. It has an elongated body, a spear-like snout or beak, and a long, stiff dorsal fin that runs forward and forms a crest. Its common name is derived from its resemblance to a ‘marlinspike’ (a tool used by sailors). Marlins are among the fastest marine fish, reaching speeds of up to 110 km/h in short sprints. However, popular literature often quotes greatly exaggerated speeds based on unreliable or outdated reports.
