WILDCRETE 3D Raccoon
WILDCRETE 3D targets are characterised by their high level of detail and elaborate hand painting, which is no coincidence, as Wildcrete has been successfully manufacturing figures for the garden sector for many years and has become one of the largest manufacturers worldwide in this field. Wildcrete also uses this experience in the development and production of its 3D targets for archery, thus guaranteeing high-quality mould construction and lifelike colouring of the targets. The result is a quality that stands out and is unmatched on the market.
The raccoon, sometimes referred to as the ‘common raccoon’ to distinguish it from other species, is a medium-sized mammal native to North America. It is the largest member of the small bear family (Procyonidae) and has a body length of 40 to 70 cm and a weight of 5 to 26 kg. Its grey fur consists mainly of a thick undercoat that protects it from cold weather.
Three of the raccoon's most distinctive features are its extremely dexterous front paws, its facial mask and its ringed tail, which play a role in the mythology of the indigenous peoples of America. The raccoon is known for its intelligence, as studies show that it can remember solutions to tasks for at least three years. It is mostly nocturnal and omnivorous, with its diet consisting of about 40% invertebrates, 33% plants and 27% vertebrates.
