WILDCRETE 3D Waterbuck
One of the most common large mammals in Africa is the waterbuck, a large antelope species that can weigh over 250 kilograms. As the name suggests, these animals are found near water, where they find lush grass and an abundant food supply.
Its 13 subspecies are divided into two varieties: the common or ellipse waterbuck and the Defassa waterbuck. The head-torso length is typically between 177 and 235 cm, and the typical shoulder height is 120 to 136 cm. As a sexually dimorphic antelope, males are larger and heavier than females. Males reach a shoulder height of about 127 cm, while females reach 119 cm. The coat colour varies from brown to grey. The long, spiral horns, which are only found in males, curve backwards and then forwards.
