The glove does not enclose the whole hand as in the classic sense, but only the three fingertips that come into contact with the string. Its protective effect is therefore limited to the essential areas of the hand and otherwise gives the shooter every freedom to find the optimum hand position. For a particularly pleasant feeling on the back of the hand, the inner surface of the glove is covered with synthetic fur. The glove is attached to the wrist with a leather strap with buckle closure.
